Monthly Taskforce Meeting
During this meeting, participants discussed the connections between behavioral health and social isolation and ways to reduce these impacts. Taskforce members also learned about Alzheimer’s/Dementia and the impact of social isolation on patients. The meeting ended with small group sessions to review the recommendation development process.
