The South Carolina Cancer Alliance: Implementation Funding Available

The South Carolina Cancer Alliance (SCCA) released letter of intent guidelines for implementation projects to be conducted between July 1, 2014 and June 15, 2015.  Letters of intent are due April 14, 2014 in order to be considered for up to $120,000.  Funding will support implementation projects that align with the mission of the SCCA and the 2011-2015 State Cancer Plan.  Projects may be funded to implement policy, systems and/or environmental changes focusing on patient care and survivorship in addition to health promotion and clinical linkages.

Letters of intent will be reviewed by the SCCA staff for completeness and further reviewed by the SCCA Coordinating Council for invitation to submit a full funding proposal.  Proposal guidelines will be shared with applicants upon notification of the invitation for a full proposal submission.
