Protecting Vulnerable Adults and Long-Term Care Report in the News

IMPH’s Long-Term Care Taskforce report, “Creating Direction: A Guide for Improving Long-Term Care in South Carolina,” is credited with leading to the study of South Carolina’s Adult Protective Services (APS) Program by AARP-SC and the Lieutenant Governor’s Office on Aging, who (LGOA) engaged the law firm of Nelson Mullins Riley Scarborough (NMRS) to conduct an independent pro bono review in 2015-16.
