Join the IMPH Team

IMPH is recruiting a part-time (30 hours/week with benefits) Program Manager to direct the programs, services and products for IMPH related to the Long-Term Care Implementation Leadership Council (LTC-ILC) and represent IMPH in continuing work related to Behavioral Health, including tracking the status of recommendations from the report of the Behavioral Health Taskforce.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in health care, nursing, health administration, public health or related field(s) with at least two years of relevant work experience in long- term care and/or behavioral health services; OR a bachelor’s degree in health care, social work, nursing, health administration, public health or related field(s) with at least four years of relevant work experience in long-term care (LTC) and/or behavioral health services. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills; be analytical, self-directed, motivated and detail-oriented; have project management experience and knowledge and ability to explore and interpret federal and state laws pertaining to the administration and implementation of public-only and/or public-private programs focused on long-term care (LTC), long-term services and supports (LTSS) and behavioral health.
