Elána R. Frazier, MS PM serves as IMPH’s Project Coordinator. Ms. Frazier brings several years of experience in developing high-level strategies and effective processes. Earning her undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University, Ms. Frazier went on to get her Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University.
Prior to joining the IMPH team, Ms. Frazier worked as State Special Projects Coordinator for the State of South Carolina. In her position, Ms. Frazier managed special projects, initiatives and events sustained by the Governor’s State Workforce Development Board. She supervised federal and state funded strategic partnerships, workforce initiatives and workforce and economic development plans. Ms. Frazier is passionate about initiatives that promote innovation, equity and inclusion. During her spare time, Ms. Frazier serves as the president of the Columbia Urban League Young Professionals.
In her position as Project Coordinator, Ms. Frazier will author and oversee the production and dissemination of the Behavioral Health Progress Report and manage relationships with the Behavioral Health Coalition and other key stakeholder groups.
