Elàna R. Frazier, MS PM

Project Coordinator 

Elàna R. Frazier, MS PM serves as IMPH’s Project Coordinator. Ms. Frazier brings several years of experience in developing high-level strategies and effective processes. Earning her undergraduate degree from Johnson & Wales University, Ms. Frazier went on to get her Masters of Science in Project Management from Boston University.

Prior to joining the IMPH team, Ms. Frazier worked as State Special Projects Coordinator for the State of South Carolina. In her position, Ms. Frazier managed special projects, initiatives, and events sustained by the Governor’s State Workforce Development Board. She supervised federal and state funded strategic partnerships, workforce initiatives and workforce and economic development plans.

Ms. Frazier also worked as a marketing consultant for the National Urban League, a nonpartisan historic civil rights organization based in New York City. As a member of the marketing communications team, Ms. Frazier coordinated marketing direction, provided on-going stewardship for corporate donors, dignitaries and high-profile personalities, as well as created workflow tracking and communications systems for information sharing across the organization.

In her position as Project Coordinator, Ms. Frazier oversees operations of the Long-Term Care Leadership Council. Additionally, she will author and oversee the production and dissemination of the Behavioral Health Progress Report, manage relationships with the Leadership Council, Behavioral Health Coalition and other key stakeholder groups.
