IMPH is Recruiting a Graduate Assistant

IMPH is seeking a graduate assistant (GA) to support research and event planning for an initiative to bridge public health and health care. The focus of the initiative is to develop a consensus definition of population health and to develop a roadmap (and implement at least one strategy) related to defining the future of the health care workforce in a way that will maximize health outcomes. The GA will work 10-15 hours a week in our Columbia office at 1301 Gervais Street between May and December 2016. Key activities include reviewing and summarizing current research and commentary on bridging health and health care and on the health care workforce; supporting logistics for meetings and events related to the initiative; and supporting communications with key partners and stakeholders throughout the process. This position requires an individual who is self-guided, flexible, analytical and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. Some travel required.
