Implementing and Sustaining Physical Activity and Nutrition Programs in Faith-Based Settings

The USC Prevention Research Center, a partner of the SCale Down Initiative, invites to you attend a symposium that will examine factors related to putting faith-based, evidence-based programs into practice, using the Faith, Activity, and Nutrition (FAN) program as a model. FAN is a combined physical activity and dietary program, previously found to be effective, that seeks to help churches create a healthy church environment that supports physical activity and healthy eating. This event is free and open to the public.
