Dementia Dialogues Videos Available
The Office for the Study of Aging at the University of South Carolina has recently completed a series of five short videos in conjunction with its Dementia Dialogues program. Dementia Dialogues is a five-session training course designed to educate individuals who care for persons who exhibit signs and symptoms associated with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias. Over 22,000 individuals have been trained and over 11,000 have completed the course.
The videos include quick tips for families as they journey through the disease process. Each video is less than five minutes long and is accessible at the Dementia Speaks…Don’t Mind Me! YouTube channel.
