Chandler Joins IMPH as Research Associate
The South Carolina Institute of Medicine and Public Health (IMPH) is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrew Chandler, MPH has joined IMPH as a research associate. A recent graduate of the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina, Mr. Chandler’s experience includes volunteering and working for organizations including Eat Smart Move More SC and the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina’s Built Environment and Community Health (BEACH) Lab. His experience in helping to coordinate local efforts to improve healthy eating and active living in South Carolina will be applied as he primarily supports the work of the SCale Down Initiative. In his role, Mr. Chandler will support the SCale Down program manager with the implementation, coordination and promotion of the State Obesity Action Plan.
