Call for Abstracts – SC Public Health Association Annual Meeting
The South Carolina Public Health Association (SCPHA) released a call for abstracts for the 2016 Annual Conference and 95th Anniversary on February 18-19, 2016, at the Embassy Suites in North Charleston, South Carolina. The conference theme is: “Conversations Today, Work Tomorrow: Engaging Non-Traditional Partners to Promote Health Equity [Promoting equity where we Live, Learn, Labor, Play, and Pray],” and the scheduled keynote speaker is the executive director of the American Public Health Association, Georges Benjamin, MD.
Abstract submission is open to all practitioners, students, academics and community partners working in public health and related fields. Presentation formats include oral and poster sessions, with a special student-only option for a 3-Minute Mini-Presentation. The online submission deadline is Friday, November 13, 2015.
